Thomas T. Weaver is Chief Technology Strategy Consultant at Revelare, where he helps professionals turn complex, high-stakes workflows into clear, adaptable operating systems. His work focuses on applying AI and thoughtful systems design to improve execution while preserving human judgment, accountability, and quality control.

His approach is informed by experience at the intersection of law, regulation, technology, and institutional operations. Through his work with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and federal agencies including the Federal Communications Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and U.S. Small Business Administration, Thomas has seen how policy requirements, professional judgment, and operational realities converge inside complex organizations. That perspective shapes Revelare’s emphasis on understanding the work before introducing technology.

Thomas earned his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.

Deaven Rector is a Legal Strategy Consultant at Revelare, where he brings experience in litigation, institutional advocacy, and public service to complex organizational challenges. A licensed California attorney, he currently practices at Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP, working on legal matters affecting schools and educational institutions.

His background also includes judicial placements with the U.S. Court of Appeals and Los Angeles Superior Court, clinical advocacy through Howard University School of Law, and nonprofit leadership focused on equity and access. At Revelare, Deaven applies that perspective to work involving institutional obligations, stakeholder interests, and the practical implementation of legally informed systems.
